Spirulina and Health

The benefits of Spirulina on our health...

 

  • A tea-spoon of Spirulina powder (6-8 tablets pulverised)
  • and as much water to mix it efficiently

Apply on the face except around the eyes. While it dries you would feel a pulling on the skin. After about 20 min it would dry completely so you rinse thoroughly.

Leaves face bright and refreshed!

 

  • A tea-spoon of Spirulina powder (6-8 tablets pulverised)
  • a teaspoon of honey
  • three teaspoons of yogurt

Mix well and apply on the face. After about 10-20 min rinse thoroughly. Result is evident!
