Spirulina and Health

The benefits of Spirulina on our health...

 

Materials (for 1 juice)

  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 3 slices of pine apple
  • 1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder

Execution: put the fruits in the blender and when the juice is ready add Spirulina. Stir well until the powder is mixed and serve.

Of course juice ingredients are subject of mood and desire, so whatever combination could do if it pleases you. Free your imagination to create!

 

Materials (for 4 servings)

 

  • 5 crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 bunch fennel
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder
  • salt, pepper

Execution: Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté lightly with a bit of olive oil. Crush the tomatoes and add to a pot. As soon as it starts boiling, add the chopped fennel, sugar, salt and pepper. Leave the sauce to simmer gently for 20 min. Finally, add olive oil and Spirulina. Can accompany pasta, rice, grilled fish or shrimp.

  • 1/2 kg spaghetti or tagliatelle
  • 1 teacup oat drink
  • half a bunch of parsley
  • 50 g raw almonds
  • 50 g Brazilian nuts
  • 60 g mushrooms " little buttons "
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Execution: Boil the pasta for a few minutes. Once ready, put them in a colander. At the same time, warm the olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms, almonds, the chopped garlic and a little flour. Pour the vodka. Add the oat drink and as much salt and pepper you want. Wait for 2-3 minutes and then add the pasta. Mix well, garnish with chopped parsley and grated walnut and serve

  • 14 almonds peeled
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of Spirulina powder

Execution: Place your materials in blender and beat, adding as much water as needed to create a solid but smooth mixture. Put the dips in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and serve. Matches with raw and grilled vegetables.
