Spaghetti with Spirulina sauce


  • 1/2 kg spaghetti or tagliatelle
  • 1 teacup oat drink
  • half a bunch of parsley
  • 50 g raw almonds
  • 50 g Brazilian nuts
  • 60 g mushrooms " little buttons "
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Execution: Boil the pasta for a few minutes. Once ready, put them in a colander. At the same time, warm the olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms, almonds, the chopped garlic and a little flour. Pour the vodka. Add the oat drink and as much salt and pepper you want. Wait for 2-3 minutes and then add the pasta. Mix well, garnish with chopped parsley and grated walnut and serve.
